We can provide you with lockable, office-style console bins to store all confidential paper documents. This ensures that your material remains safe and tamper-free.
CCS personnel will call on a scheduled date or by request and remove the material that will be directly shredded at your premises. This service is ideal for businesses of all sizes from small, local accounting firms to large pharmaceutical plants.
The Procedure
1. We offer both a regularly scheduled service or a service by request.
2. We supply and install lockable, office-style, grey console bins free of charge to your office.
3. Our console bins ensure maximum efficiency, as well as security storage of your data.
4. On a scheduled date, CCS personnel will remove the inner sack that holds your confidential material from the console.
5. The contents are imported directly from your office to our mobile shredding unit and immediately shredded at your premises.
6. You are welcome to witness the destruction of your documents through our installed CCTV monitors.
7. A certificate of destruction is issued upon request that states your data has been 100% confidentially destroyed.
